Do U.S. customers have to pay extra fees?

Yes. Since August 2025, all imports from Europe to the U.S. are subject to a 15% customs duty, plus a small USPS handling fee (usually $5–10). These charges are collected by U.S. customs and are not included in the shop’s prices or shipping.

Why USPS and not other couriers?

To keep costs as low as possible for you, I’ve chosen to ship with Correos/USPS, which usually charges the lowest clearance fees. Private couriers like DHL or UPS often add $20–25 in extra fees, so USPS is by far the fairest option.

What about your product prices?

The cost of fine art paper and printing has recently gone up, and my original plan was to raise prices a little. But to compensate for U.S. customs fees, I’ve decided to keep my prices as low as possible, even though production costs on my side are higher.

Will there be discounts to balance customs charges?

Yes! Take advantage of the ongoing 3×2 offer on all prints! Add three prints to your cart, and you’ll only pay for two.
Think of it as my way of softening the customs blow.

Como artista, prefiero realizar mis impresiones yo misma, con mis dos impresoras, de forma completamente artesanal y bajo demanda, en lugar de hacer pedidos grandes a una imprenta general. Por eso invierto mucho tiempo en elegir cuidadosamente la intensidad de la tinta de alta gama (uso 12 cartuchos de color para conseguir que mis impresiones mantengan los colores lo más fieles posible a la pintura digital) y, sobre todo, siempre he considerado muy importante el tipo de papel con el que trabajo, pues es el lienzo de mis ilustraciones. Realizo innumerables pruebas hasta encontrar un soporte consistente que sea capaz de plasmar los colores vibrantes y, al mismo tiempo, ofrecer textura.

A partir de agosto de 2025 tomé la decisión de cambiar de papel para ofrecer una opción más ecológica, aunque supusiera un coste mayor para mí. Así pues, desde ahora, las nuevas impresiones (a excepción de los marcapáginas u otros formatos especiales) se realizarán en papel de algodón de 300 g. Este papel artesanal y orgánico está fabricado exclusivamente con algodón blanco recuperado de la industria textil. Para su producción se seleccionan restos textiles blancos que, de otro modo, se desperdiciarían.

Se utilizan únicamente prendas de ropa usada de algodón blanco, tratadas para darles una segunda vida. Así, una camiseta se transforma en un papel ecológico blanco 100 % algodón, que servirá como soporte para el arte que después llegará a tus manos. Esta cartulina se produce de forma totalmente sostenible, sin necesidad de cortar un solo árbol y sin utilizar ningún tipo de blanqueante químico. El resultado es un papel elegante, con un acabado suave y natural.

As an artist, I prefer to print my work myself, using my two printers, in a completely handcrafted, made-to-order process rather than placing large runs with a general print shop. I spend a great deal of time carefully selecting the intensity of high-quality inks (I use 12 color cartridges to ensure my prints remain as true as possible to the original digital painting) and, above all, I’ve always considered the choice of paper to be essential, it’s the very canvas of my illustrations. I run countless tests until I find a reliable medium that can capture vibrant colors while also offering texture.

In August 2025, I decided to switch to a more eco-friendly paper option, even though it meant a higher cost for me. From now on, all new prints (except for bookmarks and other special formats) will be produced on 300 gsm cotton paper. This artisanal, organic paper is made entirely from white cotton recovered from the textile industry. For its production, white textile scraps that would otherwise go to waste are carefully selected.

Only used white cotton garments are repurposed and given a second life. In this way, a T-shirt is transformed into a 100% cotton eco-friendly paper that becomes the foundation for my art before it reaches your hands. This cardstock is produced sustainably, without cutting down a single tree and without the use of any chemical bleaches. The result is an elegant paper with a smooth, natural finish.
